Brian T. Chang

Mr. Chang has a long and distinguished track record working with Chinese and American companies on cross border investments. As a founder of Pacific Investment Partners, he has worked with 3M, General Mills, Metric, GM, ADC and other multinational companies.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Alliance- Bernstein and Director of Greater China Business Development at Softbank International. Mr. Chang came to the U.S. in 1984 and holds an MBA in International Business from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. Chang served as an Executive Fellow at Opus College of Business — University of St. Thomas from 2011 to 2016, and an adjunct Associate Professor teaching International Entrepreneurship at National Taipei University, 2017. Chang also guest lectured on international trade and investment at University of Minnesota, Duluth; Minnesota State University, Mankato; and University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
